The PAWS 1200 was based on an A1200 motherboard, mounted a laptop style case with an LCD display. It was an attempt to bring portability to the Amiga market, particularly as an official Amiga laptop (or even luggable) was never made. The PAWS 1200 was available as a unit to purchase as well as in kit form to convert your existing A1200. PAWS stood for "Portable Amiga WorkStation"
