The Mediator 1200 PCI was one of the first busboards to provide the A1200 with active PCI slots. All slots support 32bit DMA and busmastering with a 4GB address space and are capable of transferring at up to 132MB/sec between cards, and 50MB/sec between the A1200 and a PCI slot. It has been reported that the Mediator does not work with the Viper 1240 or Viper 1260. The Mediator 1200 PCI is designed to be used with an A1200 fitted into one of the following towers:
