This adaptor was usually supplied with the A4000 and A4000T and allows the connection of a standard SVGA monitor directly to the Amiga's RGB port. It does not perform scandoubling therefore you must select VGA compatible screenmodes. Commodore made at least two version of this dongle. The first version is reported not to work properly with the video toaster, but the second version fixes this problem.
