This device is actually a self-made hardware project with came with a book called "Amiga Hardware Tuning". The PCB was supplied with the book but the reader was intended to source the components and build the card. The card can be used as a RAM disk as an EPROM "Hard Drive" or as a non-volatile RAM disk (ie remembers contents after power-off) as it can be powered by a NiCad battery. It supports a maximum of 1MB of RAM. This device is auto-configurable and even supports auto-booting.
