RAM is added in the form of DIPS (CMOS 256kx4, 120ns or faster) and must be added in increments of 512K. To use more than 2MB of RAM on the card you must install the supplied AdRAM utility. An optional secondary board called the AdRAM 560D is available for the AdRAM 540 which lets you add a further 2MB.
