512K memory expansion for the A500 which is allocated as chip RAM. The chips are labelled TMS44C256-10N HDPO13BA which probably means they are 100ns RAM chips. The unit also has a battery backed up clock and an on/off switch. The unit was supplied with a page of instructions detailing how to install it, and set the clock from workbench or CLI.
