The AteoNet 3/3+ is a network card specifically designed for use with the A1200 custom bus made by Ateo called Ateobus. The only difference between the Ateonet 3 and the Ateonet 3+ is that the former is supplied with a demo version of AmiTCP 4.0 and the latter is supplied with a full version of Genesis. The Ateobus is heavily based on ISA and infact the AteoNet is really an ISA card, however Ateo have written the drivers, which require a keyfile in order to work.
